These terms apply to your use of buyyourwayout.com (the "site") and your purchase of the e-book Buy Your Way Out (the "book"). The site is operated by Ricardo Garcia ("I", "me"). By using the site or buying the book, you agree to these terms.

The product

The book is a digital product delivered as a PDF file. After your payment is confirmed, you are shown a link to download it, and the link is also emailed to you. Nothing is shipped. You are responsible for having a device and software that can open PDF files.

Price and payment

The price is shown in U.S. dollars on the site at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record, so its name may appear on your receipt and card statement, and its own terms apply to the payment. I do not receive or store your full card details.

Your license

When you buy the book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it and read it on your own devices. You may print a copy for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, or distribute the book or any substantial part of it, except for brief quotations in reviews.

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. The terms in effect when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.
